FFA

The Waupaca FFA is dedicated to making a positive difference in the lives of young people by developing their potential for premier leadership, personal growth, and career success through agricultural education. The chapter has ranked number one in the state 12 out of the past 17 years and top ten in the nation for the last six years.

The Waupaca FFA Chapter consists of approximately 140 members and 2 advisors. These members have the opportunity to participate in speaking contests, career development judging teams (which can range from wildlife and floriculture to small animal vet science) as well as community service projects (concession stands, Adopt-a-Highway, Miracle Tree, and petting zoos just to name a few). Also, please note that members do not have to be enrolled in an agri-science course to be involved in FFA. Meetings are held during the second Tuesday of each month in the agri-science room at 7:35 a.m.

Over two million dollars in scholarships are provided to members nationally and $3,000 locally. Our FFA chapter has something to offer every student.  The FFA can have an extreme impact on your education and career.
